These Terms and Conditions govern your use of seatwell.in and your purchases from SeatWell, a brand of VS Chairs, Kalyan, Thane, Maharashtra. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST; GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added at checkout and shown in your order summary and receipt. Product images are illustrative; colours may vary slightly. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed (Razorpay), when we confirm a Cash on Delivery order, or when our team verifies a WhatsApp order. We may decline or cancel orders because of stock issues, delivery limitations or suspected fraud.

Delivery area

We generally deliver within Maharashtra and Gujarat. Orders outside these states may attract additional delivery charges and need confirmation from our sales team on 9075399459.

Payment

Accepted methods are Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets), Cash on Delivery and Pay via WhatsApp, as enabled on the website. See the Payment Policy for details.

Non-returnable goods

All SeatWell products are non-returnable. Please see our Non-Returnable and Cancellation Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the information you provide. Misuse of the website, automated scraping or attempts to breach security are prohibited.

Intellectual property

The SeatWell name, logo, images and content belong to VS Chairs and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
