Non-returnable products

All SeatWell products are non-returnable and are not eligible for return, exchange or warranty claims. Please confirm the model, colour and quantity carefully before placing your order, and call 9075399459 if you need help choosing.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by calling 9075399459 or emailing support@seatwell.in with your order number. Paid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded to the original payment method.

Damaged on delivery

Check the package at delivery. If an item arrives damaged in transit, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the packaging and product so that we can raise the matter with the courier.
