Payment Policy

Payment methods

• Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Payment is confirmed instantly and your order is confirmed automatically.
• Cash on Delivery: pay the courier when your chair arrives. A COD handling fee and a maximum order value may apply as shown at checkout.
• Pay via WhatsApp: place the order, send it to our team on WhatsApp and complete payment as instructed. The order stays Pending verification until our team approves it, after which it shows Order verified.

Some methods may be temporarily unavailable; the checkout page shows which are available.

Security

Razorpay payments are processed on Razorpay's secure systems. We do not store card or UPI credentials.

GST and invoices

Product prices exclude GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout on the value of goods, delivery and any COD fee. A GST invoice / receipt is generated for every successful order and can be downloaded from your order page. Our GSTIN is 27BLCPS6482E1ZT.

Failed payments

If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. Contact us with your order number if you need help.
