Which payment methods are available?
You can pay with Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets), Cash on Delivery, or Pay via WhatsApp, depending on what is currently enabled at checkout. WhatsApp orders are verified by our team before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days from Kalyan, Thane and delivered in 3 to 7 working days. You can track every order on our Track Order page.
Do I need to assemble the chair myself?
Chairs ship partially assembled with tools and a guide. Most customers finish in 10 to 15 minutes. Our team is a phone call away if you need help.
Are SeatWell products returnable?
No. All SeatWell products are non-returnable, so please confirm the model and colour before ordering. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, and any damage in transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See the Non-Returnable and Cancellation Policy.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Prices shown on the website exclude GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown clearly in your order summary. You can download a GST receipt for every successful order.
